Q: Why does it take so long to receive my order?
A: We take a "best guess" at how many orders will come in during any one period.
Sometimes we're right, or at least close to right, and sometime we're way off.
When we're off the mark, your order may take weeks to process instead of days.
When we buy raw materials, some of them take months to receive.
So our ability to react to change is limited by our suppliers as well.
We'd like nothing better than to ship your order on the same day it comes in, all the time.
